Holiday Inn Express Nashville-Hendersonville

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in while traveling for work. The blonde haired woman who checked me into my room was very warm,comforting and helpful. She checked me in quickly and in minutes I was in my room,relaxing after a very long and stressful day of travel and failed attempts at 2 other hotels in the area. The rooms were very clean and had all the necessities including a gideon bible in the drawer! The breakfast is AMAZING and the lady who cooks the breakfast is very attentive and puts love into what she does for the customers! I will stay here any chance i get in the future and recommend to my co-workers,family,friends and will share my experience with strangers who inquire about a good hotel to stay at in this area! This is one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff was working hard all the time. Hallways were clean and our room was spotless. Breakfast was excellent and had several options. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. I would absolutely return to this hotel and we travel a lot!

We stayed recently for a small honeymoon weekend, and me and my husband were impressed! The renovations have made it more inviting and warm, and not so dreary as it was before. The staff was excellent, breakfast superb, and our room was perfect! They actually upgraded us to a suite since it was our honeymoon, and I must say the jet bath tub was to die for. Water pressure was amazing in the walk in shower as well. Can't wait to stay again, and hopefully be able to relive this past weekend all over again! :)

This Holiday Inn Express has a wonderful front desk staff member, named David. Let me just set the scene: I had just come from a pretty awful experience at the Wyndham Wingate in Goodlettsville, where the rooms were downright disgusting—hair all over the bedding and just zero cleanliness. The manager Mike had been so rude, arrogant, disrespectful, dismissive, and unapologetic after I had checked into two rooms and both were full of dirty and covered pubic hairs on the bed. Luckily I film everything. I walked into the Holiday Inn feeling pretty frustrated and kind of dreading another letdown. But David at the front desk totally turned things around. **UPDATED** STAY 1 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: One of the best stays I’ve had. Amazing value. Aesthetically pleasing. Staff was friendly, room was spacious & clean. Breakfast was great. Had everything I needed for my 2 day work stay. Would stay again 110%! STAY 2 ⭐️⭐️⭐️: I was working in a nearby city and opted to travel back over to this location to stay. Location and staff still great, however the room this time around was substantially less clean - stains on floor, marks on walls, mold in shower and on bathroom ceiling. I always bring Lysol wipes and surfaces were coming up brown/pretty dirty. Overall good value, location, staff and amenities - as long as the room has been cleaned well and is in good shape.
