Holiday Inn Express Los Angeles - LAX Airport by IHG

Great stay. Haven't been to LA in years, used to stay here. Renovated and much better than I remember. Kelvin at the front desk = Super duper!!!! Every staff member I met, incredibly nice, so that must go all the way to the management and trickle back down. If you have a car, this is a perfect location near all main highway and easy to go anywhere. Traffic, they can't help you with that. 😂 Complimentary parking (rare, in a major city core) and a security guard watching over the card at night, walking around and looking as if you're gonna steal his dog = excellent guy! Overall, great stay!

Came here for one night as it's a quick shuttle trip from LAX. Everything in working order and the staff was extremely friendly! They have a pool and a workout room as well as free breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. Restaurants right around the corner. I recommend.

I was very pleased with my stay. The staff was helpful and friendly and obviously take pride in the hotel. The facility is very clean and well kept and housekeeping tidier my room every day which is rare! The breakfast was much more expansive than I imagined and the dining area very nice. I felt like everything offered was a great value and appreciated the airport shuttle. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated them a lot. Beds were comfortable too. However the shuttle service is awkward for pickup as you have to call for it to come, and if you’re not an American with a US sim, this is hard. We borrowed a random ladies phone and called, waited 30 min then got picked up by a holiday inn shuttle , but the WRONG one (they have the same name, minus express, colours and logo) Ending up at the wrong hotel at night tired with a kid isn’t nice and I hope the drivers of both shuttles can check with people in future if they are express or regular. There were other people also at the wrong place who were meant to go to express, so it must happen all the time. Rooms were pretty dated especially the bathrooms. My family and I stayed at this hotel during our trip to Los Angeles, and we absolutely loved it. The location is very convenient — close to 7-Eleven, restaurants, stores like Ross and Petco, and several fast-food options. It made everything very easy for us. Kelvin, the receptionist, was amazing. He was always very polite, respectful, and helpful. We stayed for a few days, then traveled to Las Vegas, and returned to the same hotel because our flight home was the next day. On our second stay, Kelvin kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which made a big difference after traveling. We truly appreciated that. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay there again! ♥
