Holiday Inn Express Leland - Wilmington Area by IHG

My family and I were very happy with our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Leland-Wilmington in NC. The hotel was very clean with a modern style. Nice spacious rooms. ||Breakfast was great which was included with our stay. Barbara and Scott made sure food was well stocked and were very kind. They greeted us each morning and went out of their way to make you feel welcome.

We stayed here for a short one night weekend trip. The location was very quiet and easy to get to, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The drive to Wilmington was quick. The staff was very kind. From Elizabeth at the front desk, helping us with a smooth and easy check in. To Barbara and Scott cooking up a fresh breakfast the next morning! They were very kind and kept the breakfast stocked and clean. The room was clean too, we would definitely stay here again!

I traveled from Asheville to attend my best friend’s baby’s first birthday and chose this hotel because it was conveniently located near both the party venue and their home. The front desk staff was friendly upon arrival, and the room was clean and exactly as expected. Breakfast was plentiful, and the staff working that area were courteous and welcoming. You never quite know what to expect, especially with mixed reviews, but I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area.

Upon arrival to the hotel, a few individuals were outside the front of the building smoking. As a previous smoker i enjoy the smell, but not all would, why is this in the entry way? To the open lobby, i strolled to the desk where no one was, only to find that the smokers outside the front door were the hotel employees! I find this unprofessional. Not to mention I believe the women had her adult daughter helping her? Her adult daughter went into the back room to help find another guest additional towels. I found this odd. All other staff encounters were very pleasant! Impression of room. We were on the first floor. Beautiful high ceilings that made this room appear so big and spacious. I loved the oversized doors. Sleep was comfortable as always. 5 stars on beds! Breakfast. I have

Elizabeth at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. Barbara and Scott at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. They ensured that our needs were met. Hotel is clean and quiet. Reasonable room price. Easy access and location to many places to eat.
