Holiday Inn Express Jasper by IHG

I had an excellent experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Jasper, AL. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well stocked. The bed slept great, the linens were fresh, and everything looked and smelled clean. The common areas were just as well maintained, which says a lot about how much pride the team takes in the property. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and had a great variety. Positive: The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was ready and clean when we arrived. The breakfast was decent. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. Negative: It was a little expensive, but there weren't a lot of options in this area.

We traveled for 14 hrs. before stopping to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Jasper, AL. We were greeted pleasantly and checked in quickly. We found our rooms ready and were able to get in them immediately. Everything was clean and ready for our weary bodies. We slept well and enjoyed a well prepared and tasty breakfast the next morning before continuing our trip. We were about an hour away when I realized I had left my favorite pillow in the room. I called the hotel and was told by the very helpful front desk clerk (I wish I could remember her name!) that she would retrieve my pillow from the room and they would mail it to me the next day. Thank you Melinda, Jamichael and Skylar for being so accommodating to me under less than ideal circumstances of a broke down truck. Thank you for the late check out, and letting me hang out in your lobby all afternoon. The room was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Our room had no hot water, at all! After running for a long time. Switched to another room, yet again! No hot water. Their excuses were “too many guests showering at the same time”. It’s a hotel! We left without a hot shower, evening or morning. We’ll never use this hotel again. They didn’t comp our room either. Just offered a lame excuse and 25% off a $170 suite. Totally not acceptable.
