Renovated, clean, good bed and linens. Location was great. Near a variety of eateries. Front desk was helpful. Stephanie assisted an elderly man who was confused about meeting someone there. My husband helped him get a box from his car and she took care of him. The only negative was the woman taking care of the breakfast bar. She was on an earpiece and never acknowledged us, even when I greeted her. She didn't speak to anyone and barely showed up.
This hotel was Great!! The staff went above and beyond to be as friendly as possible! Safe, super clean... awesome breakfast! Im planning anpther trip and will stay here again!
Staff was AMAZING! I'm terrible with names, but the overnight guy on 7/31 and the morning girl on 7/2 were FANTASTIC. Went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and needs were met!
This hotel ranked in the top 10 that I have stayed in. It was absolutely spotless and well stocked. The workout room was wonderful and included a scale to weigh yourself. The morning hot breakfast was exceptional and included many things so that everyone could be satisfied. I talked to the staff while getting coffee at 5:00 a.m. And they were so nice and pleasant and I felt like I was home. I must give this hotel a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Jasper, Alabama. Two big thumbs up!
The staff is fabulous. We had a complicated check in due to multiple guests under one reservation. And the front desk staff was so nice and helpful!
