Holiday Inn Express Jamestown by IHG

Staff was nice. Hallways were filthy. Could use an update everywhere. Our room didn't have blinds to keep out most of the light. One window didn't close all the way so we had to listen to the semi noise on the interstate all night. But the breakfast was good.

Believe the Reviews. My CoWorker and I stayed here for 4 nights.. Not once were the maids in to our rooms... Had to go to Front Desk to get TP. Night Stand had sticky substances on it.... Rooms are dated, drapes are torn and stained.... Save your money and go elsewhere...... This hotel should not be part of the IHG Brand......

If I could give this hotel a zero rating, I would. I expect way more from a Holiday Inn Express. First room we checked into smelled so bad of cigarette smoke and was so musty my son was gagging. We luckily were able to switch to a different room that didn't smell like smoke, but still smelled so old and musty. Carpet was so worn, everything is so old and the beds are the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. Breakfast wasn't great. Joke of a hotel. I wouldn't even pay $30 to stay here.

Everyone deserve a warm shower and cozy bed nightly but depending upon your particular expectations, its best to know up front that my experience showed it to be Contractor Residency whether long or short term. The hotel is in poor condition both inside and out. Perks was the Pizza Ranch nextdoor. Sometimes just what you need after a long day on the road. Right off 94W.

Hot tub and pool drained. Outdated furnishings and older carpet. Clean though. Here for a weekend. Bed seems ok. At least we have heat!
