Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Jamestown

Absolute gem of a hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The Waterpark was amazing and such a nice break from the chilly winter weather. The kids side is heated, so it's nice for littles. Jolene was the continental breakfast server, and she was the sweetest lady. The breakfast had good, hot food that was fully stocked at all times. Will definitely be staying here again to break up long trips to visit family.

I was booked in room 324. I arrived around 9pm, laid out my clothes for the next day, unpacked toiletries, and laid on the bed until about 10. When I got up to change, I noticed two bugs crawling on the nightstand. I took photos and, after checking online, confirmed they looked like bed bugs.||I immediately went to the front desk. The first front desk employee was wonderful; apologetic, quick to help, and clearly embarrassed about the situation. She moved me to another room right away and told me to let her know if I needed anything.||Unfortunately, while moving my belongings I also noticed streaks of blood/brown stains running down the wall (I have photos). This was one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. The food and service from the staff were phenomenal. The location was amazing as it located by a mall and Walmart. The rooms were great except the bed was a little too high for my mom who has a hard time lifting her leg super high but we figured a way to help her get in and out of the bed. Otherwise everything was amazing. Definitely will be coming back

Great customer service, awesome location right near food, the mall, and Walmart. The pool, slides, and hot tub are well maintained. Very nice gym aswell. All of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful from booking to checkout, I’ll be back!
