Customer service was superb! Amy M. and Adash have been incredible! Amy provided great customer service, she was warm, welcoming and really made our experience great! Adash provided great transport from the airport in the big snowstorm, he was so patient, pleasant and easygoing. Holiday Inn express was clean, nice, and had a warm feeling. Overall, thanks to the great customer service we experienced, we enjoyed our stay here! Would definitely come back and recommend! I rate it an A+!!!
The beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet. We enjoyed the Breakfast. I wish they had had salsa for the scrambled eggs but that's not a big deal. My grandsons really liked the cinnamon rolls. I thought the sausages were really good. My son wished they had served bacon instead because he likes bacon better. I suppose they alternate between the two.
Positive: The hotel was extremely clean! Negative: I wish breakfast would have been open till 10 am on the weekend.
Our experience at this establishment was highly satisfactory. We spent five days at the hotel, which consistently maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and the staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness. Our room was impeccably clean and fully equipped with amenities, including Dove products. We appreciated the daily replacement of towels, eliminating the need for special requests. The availability of 24-hour coffee, tea, and hot chocolate was a welcome convenience. The breakfast selection was commendable, featuring items such as sausages, biscuits with gravy, scrambled eggs or omelets, and pancakes. My only suggestion for improvement would be to include bacon as a daily breakfast option, as this would further enhance the comprehensive breakfast experience. Overall, I would rate this
This hotel is newly renovated, and not everything is ready, but the room was clean and comfortable with good lighting and access to charging ports. The shuttle was very efficient. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and friendly. It is very convenient to the airport.
