Holiday Inn Express Grants Pass by IHG

This is my 2nd stay here. The rooms were very clean. Mattresses we're comfortable. Now let's talk about the staff. The staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly very professional. Always helpful. And I was very pleased to see that it was the same staff as my last visit.

We stayed one night at this Holiday Inn Express and would stay again if we ever travel through here in the future. The area felt safe. The parking was plentiful. The front desk man was very nice. |The room is nothing fancy, but the bed was very comfortable! The room was clean aside from the AC unit, which could have used a good scrubbing. |My sons enjoyed some of the breakfast foods and I grabbed a cup of coffee and Chobani yogurt from the breakfast room. Nice to have good yogurt available!

Nice clean room. Very comfy mattress and pillows. We were in a first floor room right by the lobby and it was very quiet in our room. They must have great insulation. Didn’t hear a sound until we opened the door. It was near the freeway but again we didn’t hear anything from our room. Nice free breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: "" Negative: Outdated, odor in room, stagnat smell. Dirty carpeting. Old bathroom. This was a very disappointing Holiday Inn Express I have ever had! This need major updating to meet your 2.5 stars

We’ve stayed many times in this location. Customer service has been exceptional every time. Specifically we would like to thank Michael, Keri, and Tiffany. There are many more employees that were excellent. Unfortunately, I have trouble remembering names occasionally. During our current visit we met Clark for the first time and his customer service is without a doubt an 11/10.
