Holiday Inn Express Frazer-Malvern by IHG

We stayed one night at the Holiday Inn Express Frazer-Malvern. We were in room 214 (right near the elevator and ice machine) while others were in room 220.||The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had pretty much all the standard things in it, but it didn't have a safe or a coffee maker. [Room 220 did have a coffee maker]. There was a microwave and a small fridge. The toilet and shower were in a separate room, while the sink was outside this room.||The breakfast was good and plentiful, but the orange juice tasted liked flavored water. Proper mixing of it would have solved that problem.||We would stay there again.

Ah where to start.. I travel often for work and I am a very specific person when it comes to sleep. The little things make the biggest difference. I've stayed at many different Hotels in this area throughout the years but this one stood out to me the most. The bed is as perfect as could be when its not your own.. not too firm not too soft. The sheets are high quality (Im super sensitive to cheap/low quality sheets and detergents) The blinds have built in frame room darkening curtains so no outside light comes in through the sides as theres no cracks its basically nighttime until you open the blinds. The TV is built into the wall with the streaming services easily ready to go with the scan of your accounts QR code. Ahhhh the breakfast bar.. super simple but again the little things! they hav

This hotel is Extremely clean. The employees are always smiling and willing to help out in any manner. The breakfast service is well maintained and delicious food is presented. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The bed was so very comfortable, I almost didn't want to get up for my day each morning upon waking. I loved that the building has parking on both sides with both entrances having automatic opening doors. The manager was very attentive to my comments on the staff and hotel in general. The area surrounding hotel has many offerings as far as food, interests, etc. I will be back to this specific Holiday Inn Express.

It was a truly wonderful experience. The bedroom was comfortable, well-appointed, and exceeded my expectations. The staff provided outstanding service throughout my stay—they were attentive, professional, and always ready to help. Whenever I needed anything, they responded promptly and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. I genuinely felt well taken care of and would gladly return.

These crooks charged me. They said it was 360 yet charged me 480, then I booked another night and they said it was declined. Wouldn't let me stay and their corporates said, oh, that's not true. Your bank had a promissory to pay that and they charged me. For a day that they would not let me stay there. And they refuse to refund the money that they stole. So if you want to go to a hotel that you're going to get horrible customer service. They're going to double charge you and then refuse to refund. You your money, that's owed to you. This is the spot for you.
