Holiday Inn Express Canton - Potsdam by IHG

The rooms are well kept and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The coffee and breakfast was nice. Plenty of parking. I would of liked to see quiet time enforcing, but everyone is short staffed.

Front desk was very friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my stay! Quiet, spacious, clean and located right next to a gas station - what more could you ask for? Amenities are great. From someone who travels frequently, go on...don't be shy...book it already.

Staff from making reservations to check in and check out were gracious and kind. Room and bathroom were clean, tv and WiFi were a plus as was the ability to charge our phones. Bathroom shower had peeling on the ceiling. The only downside was a bit group in the dining area who were rowdy drinking beer and whiskey until midnight. We did not make a big deal, we did hope staff would ask them to tone it down some. We were there for a funeral and could’ve used a bit more peace and comfort. Overall it was nice enough for the location tied with the cleanliness and staff it made it helpful.

I've used this hotel and the Fairfield across the street several times on my trips to the area. If youre debating between the two choose this one. It's not anything crazy but the rooms are clean, the wifi is good, and the person at the desk is always friendly. Never had an issue in 10+ stays here.
