Holiday Inn Club Vacations Oak n’ Spruce Resort - Tour Reception

Wonderful spot from which to explore the Berkshires. The check-in process was smooth, the rooms clean and spacious. What more could you ask for? We had a two bedroom villa which was a wonderful way to spend a few days with our nice and nephew without feeling cramped. We enjoyed a homemade dinner and breakfast in the well equipped kitchen.

Poor check in experience. No one at desk after 11pm to check in and security has to be called to stop what they're doing to allow access to room. Furthermore security isn't allowed to complete the check in (per the front desk) and we had to return to check in again after getting our access cards deactivated. Talk about inconveniencing guests.

This is a lovely stay for working type/"lower middle class"/real ones in The Berkshires, near Lee, Massachusetts. Recommended for families with children old enough to enjoy the activities. We came with an infant: that was not the most productive use of the property. Cozy and inclusive.

This is a nice, roomy resort with many amenities located in the beautiful Berkshire mountains. There is a short trail on site beside a gentle brook among beautiful trees. The personnel were all pleasant and helpful.

Nice older resort in the Berskshires. Good central location. Very clean.
