Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport by IHG

We booked here because of the stay, park, and fly program. Check-in was efficient and friendly. Our pre-departure room was clean, well-lit and spacious. After checking in, we enjoyed a drink and snack at the hotel's bar and then got a good night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was bright and clean. Excellent water pressure in the shower. And we appreciated the toiletries provided. The shuttle was prompt and delivered us right to the correct terminal. On our return trip, we called for the shuttle and were picked up in a timely manner. Our room this time was the smallest hotel room I've ever seen, and it was dark, dingy and (aside from the remodeled bathroom) dated, with stains on the sheets, floor, and walls. Breakfast at the hotel bar was tasty with excellent service.

Positive: Location and staff were great. Negative: Steam room and hot tub not working. Room mirror was gross, looked like they cleaned it with something that left a film on it.

Tennessee was the most helpful person on their staff. She did a great job taking care of guests at the breakfast buffet. When I lost my meal ticket or had issues with the hotel she was willing to help. Overall, the hotel is currently going through a few renovations and is currently being repainted. They have a pool you can lap swim in and a small gym which I enjoyed on my stay.

I was traveling alone and had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn in Cincinnati. I would especially like to recognize Tennessee (yes, like the state 😊), who was working the breakfast service. She was exceptionally attentive, warm, and friendly. When you’re traveling alone, it makes a real difference to be welcomed so openly and kindly. She always had a smile on her face, was very helpful, and genuinely cared about making guests feel comfortable. Thank you, Tennessee, for the wonderful service – you truly made my stay even better! Stayed one night after a cancelled flight - this hotel is super close to the airport so I was able to use the hotel shuttle to get to and from the airport quickly. My room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room did have a certain smell that was strange but not bad, kind of like your grandma's perfume. I had meal vouchers from the airline which were easy to use at the hotel's restaurant. Dinner was good and the waitress was kind. I opted for an entree for breakfast (rather than the buffet) and, my waitress, Ms.Tennessee, took really great care of me by checking on me often, keeping my coffee hot, and discussing our shared love of grape jelly 😊
