Holiday Host Motel and RV Park

Don’t pay too much attention to some of the negative reviews. Some people expect a luxury five-star hotel while paying budget motel prices. The motel is older, so don’t expect modern design, but it is NOT dirty — it’s simply an older property. What truly makes this place special is the owner. He is genuinely one of the kindest and most caring people you can meet. He doesn’t treat you like just another customer — he treats you like you’re his good friend coming to visit. I’m a truck driver and parked my truck about five miles away at a truck stop. When I called to ask about availability and mentioned I might try to get there, he personally offered to pick me up. The Holiday Host is definitely an older motel, but offered a great night’s rest. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the new minisplit system kept things cool and quiet — no more noisy old AC units. It was a peaceful escape from city noise. Coffee and breakfast pastries were available in the morning, and the owner was very nice and helpful. Hoping we're back again soon.

Rooms were dirty. But you get what you pay for. There were dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom and a dead 🪳 on the floor in the morning. However, no sign of bed bugs so the place did the job in a pinch for one night. Could be cute with proper cleaning and probably a complete face lift. Not the kind of place you'd want to walk around barefoot and don't count on feeling contours enough to take a shower in the nasty bathtub. The one staff member was kind. That is all.

I had an accident where my fuel tank got punctured I had no ride what so ever and the owner was so kind to come and give us a ride without asking for ant money what so ever amazing experience if youre ever looking for something amazing and cheap come here you will not be dissapointed if I could I would give this rating a 10 star review instead of a 5 star review

Out of all the motels we stayed in our way to California this one was the best better than motel 6, super 8 . It's not high class but it was perfect and cute.
