I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT STAY HERE. The hotel and company cannot be trusted with your credit card information. We stayed for 1 night in January. There was no one at the front desk when we checked out, so we left the key in the key box. We expected to get an email copy of the bill. We never received a bill, but on February 3 we received two charges of $78.81 (one nights stay) on our credit card. I called the hotel on January 4 to have the extra charge credited. I spoke to the manager, Princess. She saw the problem and said she would issue a credit for $ 78.81. No more than 10 minutes later I was billed a 3rd charge of $78.81. I immediately called the hotel and spoke to Princess again. She apologized and she said I would receive a credit for $157.62 as well an email confirmation.

The worst hotel I ever laid eyes on. It looks like the whole place is abandoned. I've never pulled up to a motel that had literally ZERO cars on the lot. There was someone cleaning a room...not that it would help. I immediately cancelled my reservation before the time stated on their website, yet they refused to give my refund. I'm now disputing this with my credit card company. If you don't fear dying, stay here. Go elsewhere you'll be much happier.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and management was respectful and courteous. The check-in process was smooth and easy. My room was spotless, very spacious, and comfortable. I also loved the convenience of parking right in front of the rooms. The pool was clean, clear, and well maintained. This place has definitely become my new getaway spot for sure! breakfast was simple delicious and the new coffee pot looks great

A good place to stay. Only had three choices. America best sucks everywhere and the other place did not take dogs. So it was my choice for that reason. Hot water did not work very good.

😊: Very, very clean. Really warm (needed as a Texan cold snap). Very fast WiFi. Fantastic restaurant next door (Sutton County steakhouse). Breakfast available but did not have it.. 😢: Seemed slightly seedy with no-one available at reception and a phone number to call (difficult as mobile phone package did not include US calls). The guy saw us there after some time, and came over. He was super friendly and supplied an extra blanked - that was needed..
