I have lived here full time for 3 years now so I have seen and heard it all. Hobbs RV Park is a good place in a bad area but I like the trees for the shade during the summer and the rocks for keeping the dust to a minimum. Turnover is normal for a working class RV park but people are respectful and quiet. The price and amenities are better than other locations that have no trees or have caliche blowing on windy days. Over night spots look to be easy in and out for patrons on the go. Overall Hobbs RV Park is a good place to park the camper.

Hobbs RV Park provides a solid and reliable experience for travelers and long term guests. The new management and ownership have a commitment to cleanliness, with well-maintained sites and spotless park grounds. The new park manager, Kenda, is friendly and helpful, and always available. She enforces the rules and the daily function of the park seems to be very orderly. The new owners of the park (Chelsie and Garrett) have created a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The park has a paved drive, gravel site pads, and the trees are great. The pictures on the website are accurate. The park was quiet during the night with no loud partying or noise. Very nice park, the managers Becky and her husband are very nice and informative😊. They are under new ownership and managers are new to the park. The spaces are good sized and level. You are in town with the highway right in front of the park so expect road noise. I would stay here again, it was clean and felt very safe, we did get a discount but I think it was still a little pricey at $48+ per night.

Very friendly staff, very clean park, great value! They have a dog park, unfortunately my dog is a climber and the fence was not tall enough, however, it was a great idea. Under New ownership and management. Great price considering other parks are $79 a night. Some road noise, but still a great value. I highly recommend this park!!
