This is our go to for a quick, easy scenic walk. It's busy at times, but I rarely run into anyone else on the short trails.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Gee Creek Campground. Our site was perfect and bordered Gee Creek. My son loved catching small fish in the creek. We also had fun exploring the nearby Hiwassee River and connecting creeks. The campground is great for families. The rangers patrol regularly and it gets super quiet at night. The staff at the office are extremely friendly and helpful.
