It was raining when I went, but I still had a blast. The campground is really clean and there is a playground for the kiddos. Very peaceful. The bathrooms were really clean too and heated, which was nice because it was rainy and cold.
Beautiful and quiet. My girlfriend and I with our dogs were the only one along the trails. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

This campground was very meh. It's super close to main roads which is great for access, but means that you'll listen to motorcycles ripping up and down the river all night. There were also TONS of kids and dogs when I stayed. This is generally no biggie, but the dogs never seemed to stop barking and kids seemed to scream all night long. If you have a family this is probably a great campground!
Very nice clean campground with pleasant atmosphere. Cool that it's primitive camping. Bathrooms clean & visitors center is nice. It's on the river but limited accessibility and views due to trees.
