Historic Havana Lofts

Absolutely lovely! This cozy Historic Havana Lofts cottage is a hidden gem, full of warmth and charm. Upon entering, you are greeted by the subtle aroma of rose and bergamot. The fan-shaped textured ceilings add a unique architectural flair that says you have come to a place that has been created with care. Each room is tastefully decorated with a blend of antique furniture and delightful artwork. The attention to detail is impressive, with unique touches that give the cottage a distinct personality, making it feel like a home rather than just a getaway. I called April last minute, she had a cancellation and took care of the financials for our stay quickly and easily. The loft was clean, quiet, beautiful and accommodating. We could not have asked for more. We will be back! April recommended Vic's Place across the street to dine in. The pizza was maybe the best we have ever had and the band that evening was a treat! A wonderful evening all the way around!

I have stayed at the South Bank Loft twice, and both times have been incredible experiences. The floor to ceiling windows offer a lovely view of the downtown area and the bed and furniture are extremely comfortable. April is an exceptional host. She left hand written notes, freshly picked flowers, and wine samplers. Her effort to make guests feel welcomed and comfortable really shines through. I would recommend the lofts to any out of town visitors and also to any locals who just want to get out of the house!

The lofts were the perfect spot for a small bridal shower for my sister’s upcoming wedding. We gathered in the South Loft overlooking the streets of Downtown Havana and enjoyed a lovely evening with friends and family. The hosts were so accommodating and the space is so nicely furnished and decorated. Such a treasure!

There were 6 of us staying at the lofts so we stayed at both of the units. One of the lofts has amazing windows with a view of Main street. It has a mid-sized kitchenette that is stocked with local coffee and offers hot chocolate and tea for non-coffee drinkers. The full bath is tastefully decorated with plenty of hot water. The second unit lacks the view of Main street, but it's slightly bigger with a separate bedroom with original, rich, wooden, gorgeous walls (don't forget to check out the ceiling). The full sized kitchen is fully stocked with the same coffee/non-coffee options. The full bath is as stunning as the bath in the other unit.
