Interesting dynamic about this place. It's large, and reasonably well-kept, and they are FRIENDLY ... however, and there's always a however: asking for towels became an all day event. (We had otherwise requested no service). We were "invited" downstairs to the concierge desk for a "special offer". We are Lifetime Diamond, and were not offered a single minute past the draconian 10:00 AM (YES - TEN AM) checkout time, but our special offer allowed us to stay until 11:00. The subtext was that I think we would have been headed for a timeshare presentation, but managed to deflect it with our travel history. |The elevators are somewhat shabby, but quick and functional. |The room was clean, but dated. |We had to call the Diamond Desk to get our points and nights credited. |We did like the free l
This was our choice of accommodation for our stay in Vegas to see the Leeds v Hull KR game at the Allegiant stadium. Your 'room' is actually a suite of rooms of a lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. All of a good size. You can cook for yourself or sample the delights of the Vegas strip only minutes away. There is a rooftop pool which sadly was closed during our stay due to renovation works. The hotel also has a business centre and gymnasium. So lots to like as a venue, it does not have however a bar, restaurant or casino. Albeit casinos aren't exactly in short supply. Overall I enjoyed my stay and relished the amount of space I was afforded, I would definitely stay here again.
Positive: Comfortable room and bed. Negative: Did not tell us we would have resort fees. Stepping into the tub. No information on transportation to and from hospital. Garbage bags left outside rooms in hall.
Thank you for making our vacation a great one! Loved the location and especially enjoyed the Lyft rides to other Hilton pools when this one’s was closed for the season. Appreciate the early check in and late check out and luggage storage. Wonderful front desk staff. Shoutout to manager, Lorraine for checking us in and out!
First time at Hilton Polo towers and it exceeded my expectations. Great location to everything, the rooms were very spacious, clean and well stocked. Large bathroom and bedroom with attached balcony. Wonderful staff who make sure to do everything in their power to make your stay worthwhile. Not being a casino, and being a smoke free hotel made a big difference, no noises, or smoke filled areas was great. Valuable price, great location and amazing staff. Will definitely be back!
