Hilton Vacation Club Mystic Dunes Orlando

We appreciate having a clean updated king suite. It gives us room to spread out and relax. Everything appeared newer and of good quality. We had a slight plumbing issue on night one, but maintenance took care of it without any fuss. We didn’t golf, but the courses look lush and well maintained. We had dinner and drinks at Kenzies restaurant on the golf course. The service was good and everyone liked their meals. They really need to teach the bar staff to make consistent drinks though. We ordered Old Fashioned drinks three times and got a different version each time. At least all were drinkable. We value the quality of Hilton properties so we’ll be back the next time we have to visit family at the Westgate resort.

Stayed for a week and it was perfect. The room was beautiful and clean Enough room for our family of 5 to spread out. Nice size kitchen to prepare meals. Amenities were great, restaurants and stores are practically right around the corner. We will be returning!

I was nervous about staying here because the rating was at 4.2 stars, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised! The entire staff is incredibly kind, well-trained, and always willing to help. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. We had a few issues with our first room and were assisted immediately. They moved us to a renovated unit with a golf course view and it was absolutely gorgeous. The unit was so thoughtfully designed—even the bathrooms had nightlights, which I loved. Whenever we needed to get to the gym or another part of the resort, we just called guest services and they send a ride to our building. They also offer complimentary shuttles to the parks, which was super convenient. The toiletries were also a nice surprise—green tea products that smelled amazing and didn’t

Stayed here for a few nights and wife left her makeup bag. We came into retrieve it as I had called and they gave me their confirmation code of finding it. We had to drive to TX with 5 kids in the car and they said I had to stand in long check in line to “call security” as know one else could… here is a nice photo of the line and the other desk of employees that are willing to unhelp as apparently they are only employed to show you a map of the property. *Updated as I sit and wait for security. The manager Olivia finally came out because I threw a stink at the “Concierge Desk” trying to find someone willing to help. The concierge team stated “we can’t do anything, this number you have we have no idea where to enter it to find your item, and can’t call security” However, Olivia comes out

We came up for a quick two‑night getaway (Tuesday and Wednesday), and this resort exceeded every expectation. The property is absolutely stunning, and having a security guard on-site made me feel safe from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, with gorgeous landscapes and a peaceful, secluded atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to truly unwind.
