Hilton Vacation Club Charter Club Naples Bay

This a beautifully kept property. Large suites that everything is well kept and looked after. The beds are amazing and the large deck is screened in so there are no bugs or lizards! Our room had a partial water view which is nice to sit and look at. Beautiful ool area and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The property seems to be in a flight path to the busy airport so when you are on the deck you can hear them but when you are inside with the doors closed you don't hear them. The only other draw back is there is no elevator. So you if you are on the 3rd floor you have to lug everything up the stairs.

Equidistant to walk easily to both 5th Ave S and 3rd Street S.|Each year we return to find new improvements and an ongoing planned maintenance program which ensure the whole place is kept in good working order, comfortable for guests and importantly, pristine. The cleaning and maintenance staff are fantastic. Any small reported issues are resolved immediately. All areas including communal public and individual units are kept super clean and tidy. This resort is just the right size if you like a smaller resort. It was right by the water. We enjoyed our week-long stay. We had a problem with the fan in the master bedroom making noise and maintenance came quickly to fix it. It was extra clean with a lot of space. The kitchen was stocked well. The dining and living areas were nice sized. Master bedroom was very large with a lot of closet space. There were sliding doors to the screened in patio from both master bedroom and living room. We enjoyed sitting there and having morning coffee each day. The resort has a very relaxing atmosphere, and we would definitely stay there again.

We’ve been coming to this resort for the past few years. The staff is great, especially Jorge. They have been doing in room renovations for almost 2 years and they are beautiful! The units are fresh and modern while maintaining a level of comfort you would expect. As a family of 4 we appreciate how spacious the units are. We love coming back her year after year for a reason :-)

I have been numerous places throughout Florida, and this was the BEST! A small, beautiful, close to exquisite location. The rooms, which have been remodeled, are modern, sleek and comfortable. The view from our unit, was tropical, and the view of the bay was just enough to complete the experience. Although the pool was small, the views of the bay, and the set-up provided all that was needed. Gladys, our bartender was delightful!|In order for a vacation to be great, the staff at any given hotel must be customer service oriented. Such is the case here. Everyone was very attentive, and I must give special accolades to two staff that we dealt with on numerous occasions. One of the managers, Isaias Hernandez, was always eager to help with any issue, or question that I had, He was always smiling
