Hilton Vacation Club Bayside Resort Panama City Beach

The resort is very clean and well kept. The room was spacious, clean and included the amenities that helped make our stay special. The water pressure in our showers was great! There are plenty of on-site activities to keep you busy. The staff was very attentive and respectful. The bay area the resort is located in is very beautiful and we were close to many of the local attractions.

We visited to decompress after Mardi Gras. The AC didn't work in our room when we arrived. I reported the problem and was offered a new room before I could request one myself. I thought that was awesome. Found out later that upgrades were being made to a couple of the buildings to prepare for the Spring Break rush so I am confident that the AC won't be a problem in the future at this resort. The new room was nice, clean, and the service from all of the employees was great. Everything from the beaches, multiple restaurants, and shopping is within a 15 minute drive. The location of the resort is a great escape from the crowds and traffic.

First time visit to this resort. On a golf course if you like golf. Nice views of the bay. Long walk across the piers to the “private beach” area. But busy boat traffic at the beach and smell of gasoline/fumes from boats so we preferred going over to Saint Andrew’s State Park to the beach. Nice rooms. We enjoyed the bike rentals and mini golf. We took a sunset catamaran boat one evening which was the highlight of our trip! Downsides: Check in staff seemed to not know what they were doing. We had our reservation number/email printed out, they had trouble “finding” our reservation and thought it was for The Fountains…took a LONG time of waiting in the lobby before we were able to check in. Our room upon entering a window in the living room had been broken by what looked like a golf ball. TV

Lee, our concierge, was AMAZING! Answered any questions, gave us dinner recommendations & went above and beyond. Our room did not have a tea pitcher, we requested one and received it. We did not have any salt and pepper in our room either (its usually in the little baskets with the coffee), we had to go to the front office to get some. Our biggest issues, finding our room and locating the trash room. Beyond buildings 2 & 3 there aren't really any signs for which direction to go for the other buildings. We were in building 4 and could not locate the trash room. Our kids loved the pools and mini golf. ❤️

I’ll keep this short and sweet. The property was clean, and our bay view room was perfect. We didn’t have any issues at all with our room. The dining experience was great, as was the brunch cruise on the Champagne Lady. We loved everything. What really made the experience so lovely though was the customer service provided by Malik, Rosalyn, Roxanne and Heavenly. They work in different departments but all 4 of them really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and our stay was enjoyable. We’ve stayed at many properties all over the world, but never have we been treated like this. We definitely will come back and bring the kids and pups, as it is very family friendly (dogs included) resort. From the views, to the food, to the stay, we have found the perfect place to stay
