Hilton Minneapolis

The staff are very respectful, responsible, and attentive. My room was spacious. When I discovered that the fridge wasn’t working, maintenance responded right away and replaced it with a new one. The technician was a kind and positive gentleman who made the experience pleasant. The hotel is in a quiet location with plenty of nearby amenities. However, what I see is not four star. I would suggest revisiting the quality of materials they use for their rooms. I saw a lot of issues in my own room. I offer these three stars to the hotel just because of their amazing staff and amenities, like good gym; not my room.

I had the absolute best stay at the Hilton Minneapolis. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed with their warmth and friendly service. Every interaction was thoughtful and professional, and it truly felt like they cared about my experience.||The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the amenities were fabulous—everything you could need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. This property truly stands out and sets the standard for what true hospitality should look like.||I highly recommend the Hilton Minneapolis and look forward to staying here again.

I will definitely stay here again. Love the location for the things I needed to do in Minneapolis.You can walk just about anywhere.. really Nice rooms. Not a great view.. no hot tub. Just a pool. But had a steam room and gym. Great lounge and bar top . Awesome front desk staff

Positive: Location was great! Negative: There was a conference so elevators were slow and crowded. The room was dated, the shower curtain was torn, no slip resistance in shower, nearly slipped. They hold $100 per night which was more than expected for a few nights.

Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Beds were comfortable, washed recently but didn't have an overwhelming bleach smell. Only real complaints I could make was that our toilet did run at times (which is such a minor maintenance issue) and our air conditioning didn't quite have enough strength to cool the room down to where we wanted it, but it didn't affect our stay enough to make a big stink about it.
