Hilton McLean Tysons Corner

Overall the room was great and the hotel was nice. Stayed here as a part of a conference for work. The conference area is also nicely sized. The bar area in the lobby is well stocked and had plenty of seating options to meet with coworkers. The only thing I didn't enjoy was on the last day I had someone from the staff pounding on my door at 8am. I was in bed and didn't hear the two knocks only to have someone open the door and freak me out. I mistakenly didn't put the DND sign on the door but I do have to ask, who pounds on doors at 8am? Outside of all this, it was a good hotel.

Positive: Location Negative: room had outdated dusty worn furniture and bathroom. Someone left a coffee, and yogurt in the refrigerator on day 2. Woman traveling alone, did not feel the safest. Very loud at night, 3rd floor overlooking lounge. hotel lobby and staff were nice.

Sorry to say but had a very bad experience with the Front Desk/Reservation Management team from Hilton McLean VA!!! We have an upcoming stay and had a reservation at a higher rates as it shows fake over booking and now price has dropped significantly. We called the hotel and requested to adjust the price or at least please offer some amenities so we don’t feel bad that we are stuck with the unwanted price; but the Management seems lacking customer satisfaction experience and expectations!!!! We are stuck with this situation and hoping Hilton may arrange better training for their Staff at McLean VA. Thanks

The service itself is good. I requested an early check-in and this was arranged without any issues. The shuttle bus is also a very good service, and the gym is clean and well maintained.Unfortunately, the room was extremely dusty. The desk was covered in a sticky residue, and dust was visible in all the corners. These rooms clearly have not had a proper deep cleaning in a very long time. I tipped the cleaning staff $20 on both days in the hope of better cleaning, but sadly this made no difference.In addition, the heating system did not work, and both lamps in the room were also not functioning.While the service staff tries their best, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms are far below the standard expected.

Our company does a party here every year and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are nice and the facilities are great but what really sets it apart is the incredible staff. They take SUCH great care of you, and really operate as if they’re so happy to have you there. They will go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need (literally ripped my dress and they helped me fix it- all my problems they have a solution for!) and are so incredibly nice. It’s rare to go somewhere where every single person you interact with is amazing but you’ll find it here. Big shout out to Suki…an actual angel we adore seeing every year!! And Susan at the restaurant downstairs who is the sweetest, kindest person ever. Thanks for making our trip every year!!
