Hilton Grand Vacations is a scam they are not treating the people as they should. Also i got distracted against because of my handicap parking placard they yet have to call me regarding my complaint they keep transferring here and there and back and forth it's truly disgusting and disturbing the way they treat people. I worked really hard for my money and wanted something special for my family to enjoy due to my health i have a bad heart 2 widow makers in 2019 6 months apart also diabetic and also had colon cancer surgery August of 23 and 3 strokes in March 2024 so for them to take advantage of me is just not right.

We went to New member orientation and you guys lied to us. You said for $299/$399 we could get a weekly stay near Los Angeles. And also that you have 2 bedroom timeshare locations in dubai and so we paidn$12k for our timeshare. Come to find out today you guys lied to us and now we are trapped. We don't even have our activation information. We wish for you to buy it back from us! We haven't even used it. We don't want it. I even called quality assurance and you guys were complently unempathetic and were okay with being liars. We are volunteer workers in Africa and i abhor your dishonesty and how money was stolen from us. Here is your opportunity to help us. Have a heart and stop the lies.

Do not walk away from this place, RUN from this place! Bad supervisors some are agressive, bad payment plan, and overall bad environment with the exception of some of the trainers. They hire you without telling you that you will have to pass a "conversion rate" every day. A blind transfer or a hangup is counted against you. Not fair and they are not upfront with explanation of the payment plan when getting hired. Seriously look somewhere else for work as you will waste your time. Only good thing is you learn how shady the Timeshare business is. Customers are shafted with no refunds and supervisors tell you to basically lie to make a sell! Horrible! Thank you Hilton Grand, I know where NOT to put my money.

Delivered food there. Lady stolen the food from me. Called the business, no one answered. Went to the back to talk to the employees, and no one wanted to help me. Stood outside for 10 minutes waiting for a manager to come outside to meet, but no one showed up. Felt super uncomfortable. Don’t deliver food here, or do business. -1/10

Management expects their people to be 100% on top of things but they themselves are all over the place. There’s a lack of flexibility and empathy and the timeshare industry is chockfull of fees.
