Hilton Garden Inn St. Cloud

Subject of poor management. This hotel and the rooms are beautiful, but the service is lacking. I can hear people walking on the floor above so I would suggest to get a top floor room. Do not buy the buffet. I thought we could treat ourselves and pay a little extra for the breakfast buffet instead of staying in a hotel with continental breakfast. The buffet is continental breakfast. I cannot believe they make you pay for it. I have stayed in many hotels that had better free breakfast. They were out of yogurt, biscuits and gravy, orange juice, no silverware put out. I requested my money back. I seen three different front desk workers and the one in the continental breakfast area; none that really even acknowledged or greeted you with a smile. I was very impressed at the cleanliness and quality of my room. Exceeded my expectations. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Well lit and bright. Quiet, even for a Friday night. The only thing better that would’ve been nice to have is a free continental breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Positive: Convenient, clean and great staff. Negative: Did not have the best water pressure on the 4th floor

It's a decent spot, not a ton I'd walkable food spots but there is a restaurante attached. Taco Bell and burger time close by. Digital key by Hampton inn is super nice and convenient to pick your own rooms and such in your phone. Rooms are nice, interesting barn door style bathroom door, facy but... Interesting. Rooms nice and clean, staff was nice. No included continental breakfast, we just wanted something quick to grab otw out so that would have been nice.. even just some fruit or something but the stay was pleasant.

The walls are paper thin. I can hear the entire conversation in the next door room. The neighbors aren't even very loud, they just did NOTHING to sound proof anything. Which is really disappointing. The staff are nice and the rooms are nice. But not having sound proofing is just a clear lack of planning. It makes it feel like you are sharing a room with strangers.
