Hilton Garden Inn Odessa

I recently booked a two-night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn on JBS Parkway in Odessa, Texas. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The hotel is currently under renovation, according to the staff. There was no mention on this online when I made the booking which if so, I would have selected another Hilton location. I would like to mention that all staff members were very polite, and this review is not based on them, but rather the condition of the hotel itself and rooms. To start, the public restrooms on the first floor were closed "until further notice" due to the renovations. I checked in and got to my room and noticed severe rusting in the tub. I went down and requested a different room . I was told all of their tubs had rust issues. That was unacceptable. The staff member offered to

All started with the sales manager Tom. He was great to work with and was very accommodating for our basketball team. Arrived at the hotel and the staff was amazing. Check in was a breeze. Got to the room and it was cold and clean. Oh my goodness, haven't seen this in a long while. Couldn't get any better right? Beds were really comfortable and then breakfast the next morning. The kitchen staff was outstanding and food was amazing. Our entire team complimented the stay. Thank you from our entire Blazer basketball family! The only thing I (we) did not try was the evening happy hour/restaurant but I'm pretty sure it would have been right in line with the rest of our stay. Do not hesitate to stay here. I’ve stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn many times, and the service is consistently exceptional. From the friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff to the attentive breakfast and bar team, everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. While the rooms are a bit dated, they are always spotless. Cleanliness clearly takes top priority here. I’ve always had a great experience and will definitely continue to stay here in the future.

Breakfast was delicious, hot, and well-prepared, with plenty of great options to start the day right. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!
