Hilton Garden Inn Montgomery East

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The room had multiple problems that made the experience unpleasant. The door lock was nearly broken off, which felt unsafe. The couch had visible stains, and the bathroom was poorly cleaned. The carpet is old and badly in need of updating. On top of that, the ice machine was out of order, and the front desk staff seemed more focused on their personal phones than on greeting or assisting guests. The lighting in the room was very poor, and traffic noise from the highway carried straight through the windows, especially in units near the road. Overall, this property is run-down and uncomfortable. Even with the low price, there are far better options available nearby. I will not choose to stay here again.

I was there on a Tuesday night. The lobby is welcoming, but the desk staff could be a bit more welcoming. I called down for some Kleenex as the box in the bathroom was empty, but it never arrived. I would not recommend room 225 because it is just above all the condenser units for the AC units, and it was quite noisy. The room was clean. No laundry bag. Breakfast was good, but the biscuit was a bit tough. Daphne, the server at breakfast, was delightful and engaged.

The gentleman that checked us in last night was nice but creepy at the same time. Maybe its a hilton thing but never had the front desk to ask if we got in our room ok and if we needed anything to let him knkw cause he would be there all nite. Besides that it was great. We got there abt midnight and left around 9 am. The breakfast is way to expensive. Chickfila is down the road and more reasonable priced.

I checked into the hotel with hopes of being on the first floor because I requested the first floor due to health reasons. The lady attendant told me that they had a room on the fourth floor for me. I was so disappointed and the male worker, (Raheem), standing right by her saw my frustration. I asked if she could look in the computer one more time. Then amazingly, she found a room for me on the first floor. I then go to the room excited only to find out that the room door was halfway open and the room wasn’t clean. I went back to the front desk to complain again. She said oh wow well the only rooms I have available is on the 2nd or 4th floor. I asked if housekeeping could clean that room on the first floor and she told me no, housekeeping was gone for the day. That same man walked up and s

The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind. While traveling, we made a quick stop overnight on the way to our destination. When we got back on the road the following morning and reached our vacation rental, my husband realized he’d left his credit card at this hotel while getting breakfast. One quick phone call and the staff had locked our credit card in a drawer behind the counter and we were able to retrieve it on our way home to avoid the hassle of cancelling. The rooms could have been cleaner. The sheets were clean, which is all that mattered to us since we only spent about eight hours in the hotel. Unfortunately, other aspects of the room needed more attention. There was a half eaten old cheeseburger in the microwave which I found when I needed to heat water for my child’s bottle.
