Hilton Garden Inn Hartford South/Glastonbury

They were hosting some kind of sports team.So the pool was crowded at night , but we got up early and had the jacuzzi and the pool all to ourselves in the morning. They were doing some renovations, so the elevator was janky.It was covered in duct tape. Overall, the place was very clean.The staff was super friendly, very helpful.And breakfast was amazing shout out to the chef. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi and our room.And we look forward to seeing how things look after the renovations are completed

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. All the usual amenities of a Hilton. Great pool and hot tub. Walking distance to a couple of really nice restaurants which was plus.

Traveled for business and stayed one night. Check in quick and digital key worked. Parking is free and plenty of it. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Room was very clean and was ready on arrival. Everything worked with no issues. Bathroom stocked and clean. Heat worked great and plenty of hot water with great water pressure. Dinner at hotel bar was great. Service was top notch. Breakfast was just ok. Eggs in the Buffett were a little to be desired for sure. Check out through app. Has weight room and pool. Meeting rooms also available.

Positive: Clean, bright lobby with restaurant and bar. Great location. Comfortable bed. Big tv! Welcome bag appreciated. Negative: Very outdated decor. Homewood Suites next door has much more modern rooms at a competitive price. Small details.. I like to microwave water to make hot tea. Couldn?t do it because there was only styrofoam cups.

This was a trip south for the winter with our dog. I want a dog friendly hotel with an onsite restaurant close to the highway. This fit the bill and had good reviews. When we arrived the restaurant area was quite crowded. I think they had a group. Nice to see that it was popular. The room was a little dated but very clean and more than what we needed. My husband brought up dinner. He had a burger and I the chicken Cobb salad. Both very good. It was also in a good neighborhood with many restaurants and shops within walking distance which is so nice when you book online and arrive in the dark. Will definitely stay here again.
