Hilton Garden Inn Granbury

Nice location. Views are nice. Heater in room was noisy. Breakfast was not good compared to other HGIs. The potatoes were at least one day old and had an off taste and soggy texture. On Sunday they did not have the breakfast buffet up. They charged us $2.50 for a 2 oz. Serving of juice! I did complain to the waiter. The day before it was included ( see photo). Next time we will eat out at one of the many restaurants in Granbury.

We stayed in December and my daughter left her baby blanket there. I called to ask about it and was told it wasn’t found. We gave up on it. One night she was crying about losing it so I thought I’ll call and ask again, in February. A lovely lady named Anne answered this time and asked me to describe it. She went to look and a few minutes later came back and said she had it!!! I so appreciated her effort and time in actually looking for it and saving it for me. I wish she could have seen the joy and happiness on daughter’s face when she opened it. So it’s a reminder to not give up! Thanks, Anne!

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was absolutely outstanding, and a huge part of that is thanks to Scott. He made the entire experience memorable from start to finish. Scott was incredibly accommodating, genuinely personable, and consistently professional. You can tell he truly cares about guests, and that kindness shows through his employees—everyone we encountered was just as warm and welcoming.||The view from our room was incredible and made the stay feel even more special. It was the perfect little getaway with my boyfriend, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be returning, and it’s because of the exceptional service Scott provides. Highly recommend!

Positive: The friendliness of the staff!! Negative: My understanding is that this is a non-smoking hotel and when I went to get into the elevator, one of your staff members cleaning ladies was vaping. I didn't appreciate that in a non-smoking area either it's all non-smoking or smoking!!!!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Granbury. Breakfast was always good, even if it took a little longer to come out (about 15–25 minutes), but I honestly didn’t mind since everything is cooked to order. Our server, Tyler, was absolutely amazing throughout our entire stay. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, answered all of our questions, and always made sure we had everything we needed. She was constantly on the move, taking care of every guest with such energy and care she definitely deserves special recognition. Housekeeping was fantastic as well. Every time we came back to our room, it was fresh, clean, and fully stocked with towels and amenities.
