Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth/Fossil Creek

From the moment we walked into the lobby until we rolled out of the parking lot to head home, we felt very welcome. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. They were able accommodate our special requests with sincere smiles. The room was very nice. Comfortable bed, soft sheets, spacious living and a really good shower with excellent water pressure. I can’t attest to the dining, as we were in a rush to get moving this morning, but everything looked great and the staff made sure we knew a personalized meal could be prepared for us with no additional fees. Great experience all around and we will definitely stay there again!

Tub is hot yet ants and spiders alive and dead around. |Snacks|Laundry|Very friendly staff |Busy freeway nearby yet noise is not bothersome in back rooms but some of those have noisy HVAC units so I changed to a front room with a great view however u could hear more freeway traffic noise. Changed room 2nd time due to loud neighbors and very thin walls with their voices TV music slamming doors. I do not recommend staying here if grinding refrigerators and hvac units and thin walls with very loud neighbors and freeway traffic bother u. This is a great spot. Parking lot is well lit for an industrial area, no issues there. The entire place is clean, rooms are clean. And the breakfast buffet is phenomenal (make sure you pay for it). The beds are nicely made and the sheets don't feel or smell like they baked in an industrial dryer like many hotels. Will definitely be back.

So the stay was ok. It did what we needed and was pet friendly. The hotel lobby looks redone and was nice. The rooms looked like they recently got a face lift but the craftsmanship was bad. Look at the picture. I do want say where the hotel lacked it made up for with service. Both of the ladies we interacted with were personal and fun. So I think 3.9 is a fair rating.
