Hilton Fort Worth

Hilton does not disappoint with this historical building! Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The staff are great, all the amenities that you need and then some, a clean room with a great view, a perfectly central location and a comfortable bed. I would stay here again! Don't shy away from the $69/night valet, it's absolutely worth it. We never once needed our car, everything was within walking distance or a cheap ride share away.

Positive: "" Negative: The sewer in bathroom is clogged and live cockroaches came out every night. I told the front desk to do pest control and they did nothing and refused to refund my money. So disappointed.

For a 100yr old building it’s very nice and fairly well maintained. A word to the traveler there is no parking lot so it’s either valet at $65/night or find a spot out on the road in front of the hotel. This wasn’t explicitly stated on the Hilton app so I got a bit of sticker shock after but I paid anyway. Other than that the breakfast buffet was well worth the money spent. The only problem with this place is the hvac system was pretty bad and I slept in a very warm room, almost uncomfortably warm.

One of the worst experiences in a hotel. Overall the staff was nice and I believe they intended to be helpful, but the stay was abysmal. Within 12 hours of check-in, we found 2 cockroaches in our room (1 living and 1 dead). The front desk called an "engineer" to deal with it but to no avail. The carpet was filthy and I had to track down a maid to kindly ask her to clean our room. 2 of the 3 elevators were not working which only added to the frustration. What's worse is that the front desk staff advised me that my issue could only be addressed through the 3rd party that I booked through and did not want to be bothered to help resolve the issue. Location is good if you like downtown life. Rooms are dirty and toiletries were not restocked. Friends room (two away from mine) had cockroaches in the shower drain. There is absolutely nowhere to park and you have to take a second mortgage out on your house in order to afford the valet. If you bring a car, you're screwed, you literally cant park it anywhere. Even "nearby" lots and meters are labelled for no overnight parking. Makes sense to have a gigantic hotel with ZERO parking! Never, ever, ever again. P.S. - unlike every hotel on the planet there is no complimentary breakfast, no ice machines, and....did I mention? NO PARKING
