Hilton East Brunswick Hotel & Executive Meeting Center

We stayed here for our church conference on 1/23 and 1/24 and had a wonderful two-day experience. Great accommodations, great food, and phenomenal staff. Excellent hospitality from start to finish. Highly recommend! A special shout out goes to Stacey the Director of Catering & Corporate Sales and her team Amir and Mary. I would also like to thank Danny of Noble Productions for all of the media and sound equipment. We will definitely be back.

Unfortunately my 3 day stay was not up to par. No notification of the hot tub being down, one the few reason we choose to stay here. None of the showers in the locker room or by the pool had warm or hot water. Absolutely not a single towel to be found near pool or gym. The pool had duct tape along the edge of the shallow end and the water not even room temperature. Bought food from the "Starbucks ", the sandwich was so warm the cheese melted and formed a paste,when asked for a refund the 2 workers opened package and inspected the sandwich like I did it, also, couldn't refund me cause a manager wasn't there and wasn't going to be in til the next day. $7 down the drain. If you want to go to a hotel where the carpets saw Y2K, this hotel is for you. Do you like trying to pack up and leave a hotel with only one elevator working, where an elevator malfunctioned the day before. Then stay here. The light in the room must be a mood, hardly any. The woman at the front desk was the rudest customer service person I ever met. Nothing nice came out of her mouth. If you like to be talked to in a condescending tone, stay at this Hilton. Also, if you like security who resemble the people you want security from, this is your place. The parking lot was also wonderful. If you parked on the first floor, you had to use stairs. Been here twice now. I love the proximity to everything the hotel is located in. The lobby is beautiful, the pool is great, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, especially for the price! I will always recommend this hotel for people to stay at, especially if they want to take a trip to New York and save money. The staff are also very polite and helpful. Wanda was awesome when helping us check out. The location is also very accessible. The weekend before christmas, santa and the fire department show up too!

This hotel operates like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. Front desk staff were unable to answer basic, reasonable questions, and the experience only deteriorated from there. The hotel’s app offered room upgrade options ranging from $96 to $163. The $163 upgrade increased to over $500 upon arrival with no explanation. I selected the $96 upgrade, yet the room was dated and not worth the price. The front desk incorrectly stated that the room included a microwave and refrigerator; there was no microwave. The TV was outdated and barely functional, drawer knobs were falling off, windows were visibly dirty with children’s handprints, and the bathtub drained so slowly that water pooled above my ankles during a shower. After a corporate Christmas party,
