Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort

I stayed at Hilton Daytona for my graduation celebration, and I was honestly expecting much more based on my experiences with other Hilton properties. Unfortunately, the room felt very outdated — almost stuck in time. The furniture and decor looked old, and there was no proper seating area in the room, which was disappointing for a hotel at this level. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and both bathroom sinks had slow drainage issues. The bathtub also drained slowly. Additionally, the closet was broken, and the refrigerator did not cool properly. The AC was not functioning consistently, which made the room uncomfortable at times. In the South Tower, only 2 out of 4 elevators were working, causing delays and inconvenience throughout the stay. The only real highlight was the ocean vie

Positive: Rooms are large with spectacular views. On-site dining is excellent, if a bit pricey. Beautiful pools. Kind and professional staff. Negative: The elevators are not able to keep up with hotel capacity. It was common to wait 20 to 30 minutes for an available elevator. This also caused delays for bell hops, room service, and even the hotel maids. It's rather chaotic for a 4 star hotel.

If I could leave zero I would! Friday took forever to check in. No toilet paper, Kleenex, or towels in lobby bathroom waiting for room. I told an older gentleman who never called or radioed anyone as I sat watching him. Just didn't care. Granted, a lot of people were checking in this weekend but you should be prepared (and it's not even Bike Week yet). Elevator broke; told us to walk up nine flights! Not many speak English so hard to ask any questions. There are no fitted sheets! Mattress so thin you could feel the box springs on my shoulder. I can't believe Hilton quality has gotten like this. Bathtub didn't drain. Toilet backed up. Soap dispenser outside bathroom had lotion, not soap. Not much they can do with road noise but all night I could hear the car rumble resonating through my pil

My room was mediocre at best, it looked like they were in the middle of renovations. Jacob at the front desk was very polite and always knew what I needed. Valet was quick and professional. Riley was energetic and well spoken so early in the morning, and Micah was a delite the evening I left. The cashier's Maryam and Aerith were both very helpful when explaining the 'two garage thing' to me. |4 stars because of the renovations. This'll be a great place over the summer.

Ok so i was having credit card issues at check in the women refused to help got the supervisor and he refused to help me. Meanwhile im in the lobby with 5 kids including 2 toddlers and a newborn so that was fun. Finally there was a women who did everything to help best person at this resort I never caught her name or id call her out she was honestly the best part of my stay. She went to the manager and they helped me finally got to the room after almost 2 hours of being in the lobby. Then.... maybe I expect too much but no microwave tv barely any channels I guess my fault I didnt look at amenities.
