Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Suites

The hotel layout is very comforting and quiet and while it’s next to a highway, you wouldn’t even know it. The runs well being a bit dated or larger than most Hilton Garden properties and have always been clean. The stand out of the property is the breakfast and is one of the main reasons I picked this location. Has a diamond member for Hilton. I stayed in a large number of Hilton Gardens in Hamptons and the breakfast here is by far the best. The buffet offers an extensive style of offerings if you just want a quick continental or the full breakfast with the option to do omelettes or eggs your way. In the years since I’ve been staying here, the food quality has fallen off just a touch but still remains high above many of the other properties I stay at through the year. I can’t see a reason

Positive: NOTHING Negative: The 3 rooms were very cold even after turning up the heat to 80. The heating system was very loud. The living area furniture and carpet was dirty and plumbing fixtures were old and rusted.

Florinda and Claudia were very professional, tentative, and kind during the morning rush for breakfast. They both made sure my needs were meet and that I felt comfortable during my meal time. I felt very important and appreciative. Also, Tracy was pleasant and kind during my check in. Addressed my questions and was friendly in nature, a few laughs shared, which was needed, as I just arrived from a long flight. Tracy is always professional when I arrive to check in, as I’ve been at this hotel previously. Her warm smile does not go unnoticed. From my interaction with the staff, it appears they truly enjoy their work and making sure guest are treated with respect and dignity. Thank you kindly for such a warm and pleasant environment .

Every time I come here it seems to get worse and worse. It’s the Hilton but more like Motel 6. They need total room upgrades it’s so outdated. Furniture is dusty, ottomans are nasty, wood is chipping, holes in walls, stains on the floor, carpet is coming up. Jacuzzi wasn’t working this weekend and that’s what I came for. Would’ve been nice to know that as well. Charge too much for not so nice decor. It’s 2026 upgrade this place.

The service was good rooms were clean front disk stuff are very friendly also Claudia was absolutely wonderful during our buffet breakfast at the Hilton. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Her positive attitude really made our morning better
