Super comfortable bed, exceptionally clean, easy booking and check-in process, well maintained. The rate for the "deluxe room" we booked was reasonable. Dog friendly.

We had a great time at the Trenary Outhouse Races just 25 minutes away. Your accommodations were perfect for us. It is tastefully decorated in a sandy beach theme and well thought out. Thank you!!

We stayed at the Hillcrest last weekend, while touring the Upper Peninsula NY motorcycle. This a very nice, very quiet, vintage style motel. Michael's customer service when I called to reserve four rooms was excellent. The rooms were cleaned and updated. Friendly and courteous. Their check-in process worked very well allowing flexibility to arrive a little later than planned. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Hillcrest for 2 nights while in Rapid River for a wedding. Even though we didn't talk to the owners personally, we had a good experience. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable. We did have a small problem with the bathroom sink not draining properly, but I'm sure the cleaning service notified the owners. My only suggestion would be to put up a full length mirror and some wall hooks for clothing that needs to be on hangers. I'd definitely stay there again.
