Hillcrest Motel

Very clean rooms. An older place that's been remodeled several times, but super comfy beds. Nothing fancy, but nice. We'd definitely come back. Super friendly check in.

24 of us stayed there over the past weekend. The motel management went out of their way to accommodate us. It’s an above average motel that is clean and well run. If you need a motel in Norton, I would recommend this place. The location, price and accessibility was perfect.

The manager of this hotel is fantastic... but everything else is anything but... Stayed there two weeks ago. Had people drinking and listening to loud music very late outside my door. I can overlook that. Then had someone pounding on my door at 2am. No peephole and no window to see who it was. Still probably would not have made this review. What really upset me is that I woke up with bed bug bites all over my neck, arm and side. I called the motel and asked for a refund and got hung up on. Pay the extra and go across town!

The manager Lori has excellent customer service. She was very nice and helpful and very helpful. Made us feel comfortable. I really enjoyed it. Happy new year. Lori needs a raise.

It was okay for a late quick trip. Room wasn't made up, toilet handle broken, had to flush just right, glad they didn't charge anymore than they did. Shower was good, but too small of towels. Nice lady who checked us in.
