Highlands of the Smokies

The only complaint that I really had is that, the “free” attraction tickets were not accommodating for the first attraction we booked through the website. Once the attraction was booked, I received an email stating that I would be receiving a refund in 3-5 business days. I contacted the website customer service to see what the issue was and they said that the show was sold out. So I was basically out of $207. I didn’t bother booking any other attractions throughout the stay through the website. I ended up paying full price for our attractions. Besides that issue, the stay itself was an amazing stay!! We stayed in 401 3 bedroom. This is a very new and beautiful condo. And most importantly: Very clean!!! Pool and hot tub were nice. Saw 2 bears while we were here they walked around the whole property! Loved that! We will definitely be staying here again.

I had an amazing stay at Highland of the Smokies! The unit was modern, clean, and offered a breathtaking view. It was quiet and located in a fantastic area, providing excellent value for money. The staff were professional, understanding, and incredibly friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. Having stayed in world-class accommodations before, I can confidently say this is one of the best. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.
