Our family's favorite place to stay! We visit the mountains in the winter months of November and we are almost always the only one staying in the RV park. It is so well-maintained, clean, and very quiet. We love to stay on the mountain side, listening to the water rush down the creek! Ralph and his staff are absolutely amazing and make us feel right at home everytime we visit! This is a great place to stay even if you don't have horses.

What a great hidden gem, my wife and my sisters and their husband's had a great time. Very quiet and extremely clean park. We loved the location and the tranquility, you can hear the river at night when it's quiet. We will be returning here as soon as we can. Thanks to Ralph and Debbie for being excellent host.

What a great place to stay & have an agility event! So clean and well run. Ralph & Debbie are such nice people and so accommodating The dirt was perfect. The scenery and trails are great. The sounds of the river running are so peaceful.

I’d been coming here since 2018 and really enjoyed it up until this summer. Quality in management has definitely declined. I’m absolutely for following camp rules but be consistent with your policies across the board. You can’t hold certain campers to strict policies then allow your “friends” to come in and not hold them accountable to same rules and regulations. In my situation, I was adhering to camp policies and had my dogs on leashes and cables while other dogs were running loose in park and into my camp site. I was told to leave when I questioned why other campers did not have to adhere to same rules. Spoke directly to owner and discovered truth and root of problem (poor management). Property is for sale and will be closing soon.

This place is absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately the lady that is the “manager” of the place is horrible! If you don’t fit her “click” group she completely turns on you, harasses you, follows you, etc. then you get kicked off because she would rather her friends be in your spot, there has been multiple people that have left as well because they just couldn’t take it anymore, I love the owner and we have been coming here for years and years, but now. Since Debby is there we will not return. Debby, I hope you have the day you deserve. Also, to add since you want to post FALSE allegations 🤣 please show the proof, of the dog “killing” wild animals or “kittens” you can’t… why??? BECAUSE IT NEVER HAPPENED . I would love to see what you create! Also, we have already spoken with the lovely o
