Me and my wife went on the 2nd week of september of 2012 and It was totaly amazing!!!! We decied to bring the tent and the price was not bad at all.10 dollars a night some might think that it is hight but for the area it's perfect due to the fact that they have private bathroom cabins that were super clean. After about a 15 min ride we arrived to out site and we where the only people in that part of the park there was hunters in RV's at the gate but it was peaceful. After unpacking and building a fire darkness set in and you could hear the cayote's off in the distancce which did not set well with the wife. Please note that this was her 1st time ever camping and was spooked by there howl. So that morning I went to the office and asked to see how much more it would be to get a cabin for the

Camp Tall Pines is an absolutely fantastic place to visit! The facilities are top-notch, offering everything you could need for a memorable event. Over the years, we've attended weddings, reunions and FJ and Jeep rallies here, and every experience has been nothing short of amazing. The people who own and run this camp (Scott & Jamie) are incredible—welcoming, accommodating, and truly passionate about making every event special. We highly recommend Camp Tall Pines; it’s a hidden gem that never disappoints! 🌲🚙💍

I had my wedding ceremony a couple weekends ago at Camp of the Tall Pines and it was perfect! They provided a fully stocked kitchen where I could store and cook all my food that I brought. The corral where we held the ceremony had a beautiful backdrop for the union. We also rented the kodiak cabin and it was clean with everything we needed. I will definitely come back!

I was here over a decade ago and it was nice then. Since, they have made significant improvements and appear to be continuing to improve the site. That being said, it is a bit squirreled away in the mountains, with no cellular signal. Around the lodge there is wifi of one must make contact with the world. In all, I would be happy for the opportunity to return again to this lovely place.

Our church stayed out in the Timberland (five bunk cabins off the beaten path) over Labor Day weekend, and we had a wonderful time! Our kids could run and play, and the hiking was beautiful! We had great memories around the all-day campfire, as well as resting in the cabins during the afternoon rain showers. (And the restroom and shower buildings made it more comfortable than camping without facilities.)
