Hidden Springs Inn

Came to Reserve New Mexico for work, my company was having some trouble finding anything within a decent distance between job sites. We found Hidden Springs Inn, and it was absolutely perfect. 10 minutes away from my first job and an hour from the next, I did have to drive into Alpine, Arizona for dinner as many places in town were closed by the time I arrived but that drive was worth it! The room was perfect, roomy and comfortable! I would highly recommend Hidden Springs Inn if you’re coming to the area or just driving through.

At arrival we thought it was closed. The yard looked abandoned with weeds and gravel in the yard. The facility has been neglected for some time.||I gave it 1 starts instead of 0 because zero is not a choice.||The main purpose of a motel is to get a night's sleep. I got maybe 2 hours because of the miserable heating unit. We had to use it because nightime temperatures were in the 30's. Unacceptable!||The room was small, it did not have a chair! It did have a wooden bench under a table. We used that bench to put our suitcase on. We brought in camping chairs for our own comfort.||Be sure to read the captions on the photos for other insights into this quaint, rustic motel and room.

Great place to stay while hunting. The wifi isn't great, that's the only reason for a lower rating. It's nice to have a K-cup machine and a microwave while you get ready.

We felt right at home in the middle of nowhere. Our favorite amenity was the propane grills outside which ended up being essential. The local cafes and restaurants are not open every day and may be unexpectedly closed on any day. So we went to Jake’s grocery store in town and cooked our meals outside, which we greatly enjoyed!

We stayed here at the end of March and it was very pleasant, quiet and a beautiful location! The room was clean and had good amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I brought my two dogs with me and we walked nearby to a pond. I do recommend having a visible trash can outside for the doggie poo bags.
