Hidden Oaks RV & Campground

1 star because I can’t give less or I would. This campground is no longer owned by the original owner, he sold it and the new owners are absolutely crazy . Stay away from this campground in mayo fl . It was sold and bought by 2 new owners who are absolutely crazy. Aug 15th the camp host hit our camper with a piece of wood , he did not pick up and it busted hole in our outdoor kitchen door. The week b4 he hit our camper on the bottom piece of outdoor kitchen area, admitted to me he knew he hit it and was sorry. I asked to stay away from our camper, not mow so close he agreed . Aug 16th the woman owner Vikki showed up to the campground and automatically started getting mad, telling me to sue her right off the bat as they would not pay to have the door replaced or fixed by a professional. This campground is clean, well maintained and the sites are comfortable. Service was great the entire time, even in inclement weather. But most importantly, we felt safe here. Super friendly staff who truly seem like they care about the people who stay, even if it’s just for a night. We are thankful to have found this place after evacuating for Hurricane Milton. Thanks guys. (Shoutout to fellow Jersey boy Ed :))

I love this quiet peaceful camp ground. Owners and campers are the friendliest people and always willing to help. Clean laundry facilities located in the hidden oaks. Even the dog loves it here

This is a campground in a small town. The owner is very nice and helpful. He helped set up my travel trailer. Without me even asking. It's very quiet here. They have a laundry room, garbage pick up, city water, and wifi.

What an absolute hidden gem! The owner has owned this for more than 50 years—it's family-owned for generations. There's a laundry facility, a dumpster, a little field for dogs to run in (on a leash!), and fire pits with benches near every RV spot. Hookups in each lot: water, electric, sewer. Dogs and cats are welcome! Everyone is friendly. Eddy is an AMAZING person and a manager who lives on proptery that will bring you cut up fire wood! Amazing owners and managers! Less than $600 a month usually! You can pay weekly or monthly! Plenty of beautiful trees, a few good food spots nearby. Beautiful little town.
