Hidden Fox Escape

We booked this hotel for a friend’s wedding, but unfortunately had to cancel after getting sick and not wanting to risk exposing others. While we understand that policies are policies, the cancellation terms here were extremely rigid. There was no flexibility, no partial refund, and no option for a travel credit or voucher. The experience felt very transactional—nothing beyond the bare minimum in terms of customer support or understanding for an unexpected situation. If you’re booking here, just be aware that you’re taking on all the risk if your plans change, even for legitimate reasons. Edit: they did not offer a gift certificate as stated in the reply below.

Amazing property, beautiful homes, and fun activities on-site! Such a fun retreat for anyone looking to get away. Additionally, the owners are very kind and hands on making the experience so pleasant!

Hosted my family here a few weeks ago in 3 of the tiny homes. We love the outdoor kitchen for our family brunch and dinner. Mom was able to bring her puppy too. Highly recommend for family getaways or couples. Just 10 minutes from the square and less from Market Days

The Hidden Fox was exactly what I was looking for — quiet, cozy, and super relaxing. For a tiny home, it was actually pretty spacious. Everything was laid out in a really smart way, and it had all the essentials: comfy bed, hot shower, mini kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I loved how peaceful it was. Just being able to sit outside with a coffee and listen to nature was the best. It felt like a true escape from the usual day-to-day stress. The tiny house itself is adorable — clean, stylish, and full of charm. I stayed in the Silver Fox and you can tell the hosts care about the details. They were also really friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. What I also loved was how it wasn’t too far from downtown Wimberley. I got to enjoy being in the “country” while also having plenty of time
