Positive: Nothing Negative: Well I extended our stay and booked room for --- dollars and got to the front desk and then they charged me 85 that was fine cause a 20 dollar pet fee. And when all that was done clerk told me I still owed 20 dollars for pet fee.

I'M SO SORRY FOR RENTING A ROOM HERE Thought I should apologize because they made me feel like I was a burden... I'm a trucker from out of town so I did not know... It starts from the top down.... Y'all need to make some changes asap... The room was way below par: -Very dirty: -Bed was uncomfortable -Toilet and Bathtub was laughable -The microwave was not plugged in because it was not enough plug sockets...had to move the microwave to the other side of the room just to plug it in.. First of all, let me say that the previous reviews had me concerned, but my room was nothing like these descriptions before mine. The sheets were white and clean, the tub was also spotless and shiny, and the floor was immaculate. The hotel staff was very friendly, and because we stayed here during the eclipse, they offered to let us stay in our rooms later than checkout time! We ended up going to our in-laws' house, but it was very nice of them to offer. They told us if we needed anything to let them know. Our stay in no way resembled the previous reviews. They don't have breakfast and there are limited toiletries (soap, ice container), but we brought our own toiletries and got Breakfast Pockets from the nearby Publix and microwaved them in the microwave, which was spotless also. Housekeeping came in my room and did not knocked, I was trying to take a shower and was naked. If there wasn’t a wall between the bed and shower, he would have seen me naked. I’m suing this hotel for invasion of privacy, I have also reported to hotels.com. I will never stay at the motel never again and advised all to not stay here either

During this winter storm my boyfriend and I lost power and decided to finally get a hotel and booked a one night at hermitage inn. We were in shocked of what we paid for. I would give it zero stars if I could. And the heat doesn’t even work.
