Hemlock Manor

Our stay was so disappointing.had 2 other couples with us. Issues were as follows: Advertised washer and dryer- neither one worked Advertised hot tub- wouldn’t hold water filled 1 time by maintenance and 2 times by my guests. Never did use Living room sofa - springs bad hard to get out of Chair in living room- sat in it and went all the way to the floor Refrigerator leaked. Had to put paper towels on the floor so no one would fall Toilet seat on main floor level loose and moved Ceramic tile in kitchen cracked and loose by bedroom Has an odor This unit needs some major cleaning and updates. Not worth the almost $3000.00 for 7 days for 1 roll toilet paper in each bathroom , 1 roll paper towels and 2 towels each bathroom especially when you can’t use washer and dryer. Would like a partial re
