Heartland Inn & Suites

Stayed for a week for work. Super clean, friendly accommodating staff, a very nice place to stay. Only downside....the Tesla drivers glaring at you as you walk across the parking lot as you go to your nice room while they have to sit there charging their batteries.

So we stayed there over night last labor day weekend after a couple days at glendo. It wasnt horrible until we left. They charged us $25 for a pillow my son left at the breakfast area the morninging we left. But then I left some medication in the fridge in my room. Narcotic medication, so we called and a lady named Casey said she has the medication and if I want them to send it back I need to send her personally a money order so she can pay the post office to send it back. She couldn't take it off our card and she wouldnt accept cash app or venmo. Making it difficult as possible to get it back. So we have called 10x trying yo talk to the owner cause we're pretty sure he lives on premises. But he is never there to talk to and never returns our calls. I called one time and asked another empl

AMAZING hotel everytime in the area I stay here service as usual amazing clean and comfortable rooms good breakfast nice gym the list goes on... Definitely worth the money If you're in the area look no further them heartland inn & suites

Should be named “Crap-land Hotel”. They have the front door locked and we have had to go all the way around to get into the hotel. Also, lobby bathroom is locked and hotel staff said the lobby bathroom is not functioning, but the door signs say otherwise they are just lazy.
