Heartland Cabin Rentals

We stayed for a weekend that did have snow our heating went out at 3 am so we called the "Emergancy After hours Number" and was told to bad nothing they could do. So the next day which was check out day after we had spend the night freezing with 40 degree cabin temp they text me offer a free night rental which we had already left with no power still and no calls from anyone asking if where ok.... when I told them no thanks for the free night and what had occurred the office person then tells me how it was all my fault....so PLEASE NOTE if something goes wrong you will receive no help from HEARTLAND CABIN RENTALS!

We booked souther comfort with heartland for the week of Jan 13-19th, we ended up coming home on the 18th a day early. When we arrived Saturday night to the hot tub only having about a foot of water but still running we called heartland and spoke to Erin who said she’d call maintenance and have them come out. We called Sunday and were to.d housekeeping would come by and fill it. Which they did. We had to call in the afternoon to find out what had been done we were told they were not sure if there was a leak or not to wait and see then went into measures to make sure the cabin had water because a storm was coming, we asked if we could be moved to another cabin and were told no. We woke up Sunday to and inch of ice and 3 inches of snow we could not get out so we waited till wensday no help w

We (3 of us) stayed at a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bathroom cabin overlooking the mountains in Gatlinburg, TN. It was beautiful— however there are a few things I need to address. Our hot tub appeared to be clean— so we used it nightly for the first 3 days staying there. After about the third day, we notified an unpleasant stench from the hot tub water, so we gave heartland a call and they promptly sent someone out to drain/ refill. It was early that morning, so we sat on the deck, drank our coffee and watched the hot tub get emptied. The lady placed the hose in the hot tub, stayed for it to be about 1/4 full then asked us to take it out when it was near the top and informed us we could go back in when it was at a temperature we’d like. Really enjoyed our stay at Day Dreamer. Gatlinburg has always been one of my favorite destinations and this year wanted to try a different vacation rental company. Overall, I was highly pleased with the customer service. S/o to Jordan for being so helpful and provided some great tips. I will definitely rebook and try out some of the other cabins. Day Dreamer however was in an ideal location outside if Pigeon Forge. It wasn't too far from Gatlinburg either. The cabin itself was beautiful and clean. The amenities really made the cabin. The jacuzzi and hot tub, pool table, the arcade game which included pac man, and the board games kept us entertained. We have stayed with Heartland Cabin Rentals many times over the years. The cabins are very clean and the staff is always very helpful. The different cabins we have stayed in all have something unique about them for the mountain area. Sometimes we don't want to leave when we are scheduled to and they have always tried to accommodate for an extra day. Another fact is they are open latter then other companies in the area if we have questions late at night. Having stayed with the company many times, we do like getting a return guest discount. Looking at prices with other rental companies we have always felt like we get our moneys worth with Heartland and will return. The free attraction pass is great, we use it and I feel like we save enough money to pay for a few of our days stay. Thank you f
