Healing Sands Mobile Home & RV Park

They are ran by the same people as Sandy Cove. They hired a security gard to come threw 2 or 3 times a week instead of fixing the pool, the gate, or the men's bathroom door. I wouldn't recommend either place.

The pool area is closed. Pools are empty like they are trying to fix them. But they have been like that for almost 2 years. No fix in site. Restrooms are closed. Toilets are dry and what looks like old poop in there. No showers. They have been closed as long as the pools have. Indoor pools are only opened sometimes with no particular time schedule.

The pools are closed. The showers are closed. If you are looking for a swim or a jacuzzi or a view this is not a place to go nothing works here.

UP DATE 11/30/2019: Tomorrow I will be leaving this RV Park named Healing Sands prior known as Tamarisk RV Park. My rating remains at 1* only because I cannot give it less. The rent is cheap and if you like to have hot water that takes 10 minutes to warm up or use the showers and toilet facilities that have NO HEAT, are usually out of hand soap and toilet paper on a regular basis or use showers that violate the Americans With Disabilities Act because there are no safety hand rails in the showers or you like homeless people wandering around at night or rummage around your site at night. Then this is place is just for you. I would recommend that you spend a little more money and stay at a different place. Have spent the last 14 hours trying to get in contact with Management. Called every number they have listed. Sent multiple emails, and gotten 0 response. Clearly the Management company has 0 cares when their own property is Vandalized, let alone any personal property. On-site management does NOT exist, even though housing regulations require it. DO NOT STAY HERE, or the sister property, Sandy Cove RV Park. Not until it is safe.
