Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Hobbs

Just will let people know that the service was great. Brenda the front desk clerk went all out to help me with my reservation realizing that I was in fault but she was great. Room was nice size and was very clean.. As a worker of a hotel I would like to have that kind of customer service where I work.

Positive: Everything was good with the hotel Negative: Way too noisy for me. I was woken up several times but it seemed the whole hotel was busy. I didn't bother front desk with it. But thats really my only complaint

Sariah helped me with a lot of different rooms for a plethora of our guys and her patience was certainly a virtue. Shes great! Thanks again, Sariah

The first room was infested in carpet beetles. Pillows, bed and floor. That room also had dark hairs all thru the bed sheets. Was given another room for the second day only to find out it was infested with not carpet beetles but bed bugs. Choose to find a different hotel late that night. Refunds were refused for both nights even the night that we didn’t stay there. Spent the next day at the laundromat washing all of the clothes in hot water and hopefully have not brought any home. My daughter had several bug bites on her. Disgusting! And super pissed they won’t refund for a disgusting stay!!
